1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Restivity ("the Service"), available at restivity.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Restivity is a productivity application that provides task management, project organization, a Pomodoro timer, an Eisenhower matrix, and calendar integration. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may sign in using email/password or Google OAuth. When using Google sign-in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information and, optionally, your Google Calendar in read-only mode.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within Restivity (tasks, projects, notes, etc.). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Restivity available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restivity and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the application.
